Upcoming: Pricing Plan Improvements
We're improving our plans. The Professional plan is getting Location Verification and Check-out Tracking, and a brand-new Community plan is on its way.
We've been listening to your feedback, and we're excited to share some upcoming changes to EntriScan's plans.
Professional plan improvements
Two new features are being added to the Professional plan at no extra cost:
- Location Verification: require attendees to be physically present at your venue before they can check in. Set a GPS pin and a radius on any event, and the check-in page will verify proximity automatically.
- Check-out Tracking: record when attendees leave, not just when they arrive. Enable it per event and get a full picture of attendance duration in your reports.
If you're already on Professional, both features are available in your dashboard now. Open any event's settings to turn them on.
Introducing the Community plan
We're also working on a brand-new Community plan, designed for organizations ready to upgrade from basic tracking to a more polished, insight-driven attendance workflow. Here's a preview of what's coming at $39/month:
- Unlimited recurring events: keep every weekly, monthly, or recurring session active without extra limits
- Unlimited members: grow your roster confidently without running into member caps
- Customizable check-in page: tailor the public check-in experience to match your organization
- Additional member fields: collect and manage extra member details beyond the default profile
- Additional member groups: organize your members into groups for easier management

What's not changing
The Free plan stays free. The Enterprise plan remains available at $79/month for organizations that need API integrations, custom check-in pages, Google Calendar sync, and RSVP management. Contact us at [email protected] to get started.
