We have a free forever plan with core features. Paid plans start at $19/month (Professional), $39/month (Community), and $79/month (Enterprise). Annual plans save up to 40% plus 2 extra months free.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes unlimited events, up to 100 members, QR code check-in, member management, and basic analytics. Perfect for small groups or testing EntriScan before upgrading.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade when you need more members or features, downgrade if you need less. Your data stays intact and there are no cancellation fees.
Do I need a credit card to try EntriScan?
No. Sign up for the free plan with just your email-no credit card required. Upgrade only when you're ready.
How It Works
How does QR code check-in work?
You create an event and get a unique QR code. Display it at your entrance (print it, show on a screen, or share digitally). Attendees scan it with their phone camera, enter their name, and they're checked in. You see attendance update in real-time on your dashboard.
What happens when someone scans the QR code?
Their phone opens a simple check-in page (no app needed). They enter their name and any info you require, tap "Check In," and you instantly see them in your attendance list. Takes about 5 seconds per person.
Can I use EntriScan for recurring events?
Yes. Set up daily, weekly, or monthly events once and EntriScan automatically creates each session. Each session tracks attendance separately so you can see trends over time.
Do I need special equipment?
No. You only need a device to display the QR code (phone, tablet, printed paper, or TV screen). Attendees only need their phone camera. That's it-no scanners, kiosks, or hardware.
Can I export attendance data?
Yes. Export any event's attendance as a CSV file for your records, spreadsheets, or reporting. You can also export your full member list anytime.
Advanced Features
What is location verification?
Location verification uses GPS to confirm attendees are physically at your venue when they check in. This prevents people from checking in remotely. You can require it for sensitive events or make it optional.
Can I add custom fields to collect more information?
Yes. Add custom fields to member profiles (like grade level, membership type, emergency contact) and to check-in forms (like temperature screening, dietary restrictions). Fully customizable to your needs.
Can I limit who can check in?
Yes. Make events member-only (only people in your member list can check in), add passcode protection, or leave them public for anyone to attend. You control access.
How do check-outs work?
Enable check-out tracking for an event and EntriScan will ask attendees to scan again when leaving. You'll see how long each person stayed-useful for gyms, coworking spaces, or session-based events.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade security practices, secure authentication, and host on reliable infrastructure. Only you and your authorized team members can access your attendance records.
Who can see my attendance data?
Only people you invite to your account. You control who has access-add team members, assign roles, and remove access anytime. Attendee check-in data is private to your organization.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. Your member and attendance data belongs to you. We don't sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for anything other than providing the EntriScan service.

Common Questions
Does EntriScan work offline?
No, you need an internet connection for check-ins. But even on slow mobile networks, check-ins are fast (usually under 2 seconds). Most venues have WiFi or cell coverage.
Can multiple people check in at once?
Yes. Each person scans the same QR code on their own phone, so you can handle dozens of check-ins simultaneously without lines or delays.
What if someone doesn't have a smartphone?
You can check them in manually from your dashboard on any device. Just search their name and tap "Check In." Takes a few seconds.
Does EntriScan integrate with other tools?
We're working on integrations with Google Calendar, Zapier, and other popular tools. Export to CSV works today if you need to move data elsewhere.
