We offer Free, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

All paid plans are billed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Third-party payment processors handle billing. We do not store your payment details.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or hack the Service.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with service operations.
  • Violate privacy by collecting or sharing others’ personal data without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

EntriScan and its original content, features, and branding are the exclusive property of EntriScan. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without our permission.

You retain ownership of the data you input, such as event information, check-ins, and member details. By using the Service, you grant us the right to store and process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period unless required by law.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EntriScan shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss or business interruption
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
