New Feature: Add and Import Members

We're happy to announce two new ways to manage your members list: manual add and CSV bulk import, both available from the Members page in your dashboard.

Add a member manually

Sometimes you just need to add one person quickly. The new Add member button in the Members page header opens a small form where you enter:

• Full name: how they'll appear in your attendance records
• Group: either Member or Guest (no group). Defaults to Member.

Click Add member and they're on your list immediately. If a member with that name already exists in your account, you'll see a clear error instead of creating a duplicate.

Import members from CSV

For larger rosters, use the new Import CSV button. Click it to open the import modal, then either drag and drop your CSV file onto the upload zone or click to browse for it.

CSV format

Your file needs two columns: name (required) and group (optional, use member or leave blank for guest).

Not sure about the format? Click Download template in the import modal to get a ready-to-fill CSV with example rows.

What happens during import

• Rows are processed in batches for performance. Up to 10,000 rows per file.
• File size limit: 5 MB.
• If a member with the same name already exists in your account, that row is skipped with no duplicates created.
• When the import finishes, you see a summary showing how many were imported, how many were skipped (already existed), and any rows that had errors.

After import

New members appear immediately in your Members list. Members added with the member group count toward your plan's member limit. Guests do not.

Availability

Both features are available on all plans. Free plan accounts are subject to the 100-member limit. Upgrade to Professional for unlimited members.
