New Feature: Per-Member QR Codes

We're excited to announce Per-Member QR Codes, available on all plans starting today.

Every member in your account now has a unique QR code tied to their profile. You can share it with them, let them save it to their phone, or print it for your records. When they arrive at an event, they scan their QR and check in instantly.

What's new

• Personal QR code for every member: each member gets a unique QR code generated automatically. You'll find it on the member's detail page in your dashboard.
• Public member profile page: every member has a shareable link that shows their name, group, and QR code. No login required to view it.
• Check in directly from the profile page: if you're logged into your account and open a member's profile page, you'll see the events happening today with a Check In button right there. No need to navigate to the event separately.
• Check-out support on the profile page: if check-out tracking is enabled for an event, a Check Out button appears on the profile page as well, so you can handle arrivals and departures from one place.

How to find a member's QR code

1. Go to Members in your dashboard.
2. Click on any member to open their profile.
3. The QR code is displayed in the left panel. Below it you'll see their public profile link with a copy button.

Share the link with the member directly, or use the QR code for printed materials like ID cards or lanyards.

Checking in from the member profile page

If you open a member's public profile page while logged into your account, you'll see a Today's events section below the QR code. It lists all events scheduled for today in your account. Tap Check In next to an event to record the member's arrival right from that page.

If check-out tracking is enabled on an event and the member has already checked in, a Check Out button replaces the Check In button so you can record their departure too.

Important: to see the Today's events section, you must be logged into the same EntriScan account that the member belongs to. The easiest flow is to open the dashboard on your phone, navigate to the member, and scan or share their QR from there. If you scan a member's QR while not logged in, you'll only see the member's profile card and QR code with no check-in options.

Check-in status is accurate in real time

The profile page loads the member's existing check-in records for today's events, so the buttons always reflect the current state. If the member already checked in before you opened the page, the button will show the correct status right away.

Availability

Per-member QR codes and the public profile page are available on all plans, including Free.

Checking in and out directly from the profile page is a Professional plan feature. You need an active Professional subscription to see the Today's events section and use the Check In and Check Out buttons on a member's profile page.
