New: Event Reviews & Member Awards Add-ons

We're introducing EntriScan Add-ons: optional features you can turn on whenever your organization is ready for them. The first two are live today, and both are free while in early access.

Event Reviews

Ever wonder how an event actually went after everyone has left? With Event Reviews enabled, attendees who checked in can rate the event 1-5 stars and leave optional feedback once it's over.

• Only attendees who actually checked in can leave a review, so the feedback reflects real participation.
• Reviews open automatically once the event has ended.
• See the average rating, review count, and individual comments for every event from your dashboard.
• Hide inappropriate feedback without deleting it from your records.

Member Awards

Recognize the people who show up and contribute. Member Awards lets you create achievement badges and award them to members — by hand, or automatically.

• Create achievements with a custom name, description, and badge icon.
• Award achievements manually for things like "Volunteer of the Month" or "Outstanding Contribution."
• Set up automatic check-in milestones (10, 25, 100 check-ins) and EntriScan awards them the moment a member qualifies.
• Every award keeps a full history, and can be revoked if needed.

How to turn them on

Both add-ons are free for every account while in early access. Head to Dashboard → Add-ons to enable the ones you want — once enabled, they'll show up as new items in your dashboard sidebar.
